AutoScribe pricing is per study dictated — simple, usage-based billing with no hidden platform seat fees for core dictation.

Dictation

$0.99 per study

The dictation study fee includes speech-to-text and all AI features in the AutoScribe platform — Omnibox, AI impressions, follow-up recommendations, comparisons, voice commands, and template-driven reporting. One price covers the full reporting workflow for each study you dictate.

Avara PACS

If you choose to leverage Avara PACS for study storage and routing alongside AutoScribe, Avara charges a standard fee of $4.50 per study. High-volume discounts are available for PACS — contact us to discuss pricing at scale.

Your Existing PACS

If you integrate AutoScribe into your existing PACS instead of Avara PACS, there are no PACS fees, no integration fees, and no setup fees — you pay the dictation per-study cost only ($0.99/study). Our team supports EHR/PACS/RIS connectivity as part of onboarding without charging separate integration projects for standard deployments.
